It had been a while since Arwen had snuck out, having listened to Lysander and waited until further in the year to try and get away with the sneaking. So far it was working out for her, she had made it around nearly the whole of the castle with only minimal presence. There had been the Gryffindor Prefect, she thought her name was Lindy or Lily? Mandy? Whoever, but they didn't seem to be too bothered to look around the empty corridor that thoroughly.
In fact she was feeling quite proud of herself and with a light giggle she rounded the corner to the Sixth corridor. It was getting rather late now and while she had enjoyed exploring the corridors she was getting tired, not to mention that she hadn't thought about the cons of sneaking out on a weekday. Tomorrow's lessons were going to go way over her head, she already knew it.
With the hubris of not getting caught all night going to her head she all but skipped along the corridor, not even thinking that there would be anyone roaming this area. Plus being this close to the common room she could always say she came out to just get some fresh air, it should be believable enough to not get into a load of trouble. Then again.. it depended on who, if anyone, caught her.
The sound of footsteps made her freeze, they sounded as if they were coming from behind her and she wasn't close enough to her common room to use the excuse she had thought of. Still she had to do something or she would be caught and boy was she thankful for throwing on some casual clothes on before roaming the halls. It would be even worse if she was caught in nothing but her nightwear.
With nowhere to go she let out a resigned sigh, padding her way over to the wall and leaning against it. If she was going to get caught, she was at least going to get caught in style. Not get caught after running and just hoping that they hadn't caught a glimpse of her. Lysander Selwyn

Why her small group of... well she wouldn't quite call them friends. Acquaintances? Study buddies? Well whatever they were she wasn't sure why they were already
studying. She knew about the stereotype of Ravenclaws but she didn't actually think it was true, this however was starting to make her question things.
In short. Arwen was bored. And when she got bored she caused mischief. It was unfortunate she was with this group but a little laughter wasn't a bad thing, right?
Sliding her wand from her pocket she did a practiced flick and made the books, that her friends were studying, dance across the lush green grass. A small giggle left her lips as she made them dance across, making it into a small act. It was only when she raised her head, grin on her face, that she stopped.
If she wasn't mistaken her friends did not look pleased, especially by the frowns and eye rolls she was getting.
"Haha?" She offered, stopping the spell and offering a sheepish grin. It didn't even crack a smile from any of them and instead she got a swift 'leave' from the group. With a huff she stood up, brushing down her jeans and leaving her group to walk along the grounds.
"Stupid 'Claws." She muttered darkly to herself, feeling put-out. How could they just push her away? For one silly prank? It was stupid.
Maybe she should go jump in the lake, wrestle with the giant squid. It might get a few laughs from the few people she saw lounging around there. Actually first on her list was finding a group who wasn't such a stick in the mud about fun.Kerrigan Davis

It was a quite night when Arwen slipped into the Ravenclaw common room, she had snuck out to fetch her brother so they could explore the halls together. It was nice, they were able to catch up about their first weeks and she was learning what it was like for him in his own house. Honestly she hoped that more sneaking out days would be happening soon, it was super fun. However it also meant she had to sneak back into the common room, just in case a prefect was sitting up. Lucky for her, it seemed to be empty for now.
"Phew." She thought, slipping inside and pulling her trainers off before jumping on the couch. She had a wide grin on her face as her legs dangled off the edge of the couch, reaching into her bag to pull out a letter she had received from her aunt. A small sigh left her lips as she read the letter out loud. "Cordially invite you to.. blah blah blah... Luna Avery's first birthday." She wrinkled her nose. That was the side of the family that had disowned her mother and father but giving Arwen and Arthur 'a chance' to pick the 'right' side.
With an annoyed huff she chucked the paper with the Avery crest that held the invitation to the side, throwing an arm across her eyes. She wasn't sure if she could find a time to get her and Arthur out of school to go to the stupid birthday party of her cousin. Although she was curious as to why her aunt named her child after herself, at least her brother was named after her great grandfather. With another loud sigh she settled into the couch, eyes closing as she settled to sleep down here. Why the room was so far from the common room she didn't know. Lysander Selwyn
